bathroom hostage

i've arrived in muggy ol' manchester. love being back. immigration was such a breeze this time...probably the easiest ever! so strange!

found it really hard to leave vancouver....i love it there so much! but i'm really excited about the summer.

severly jet lagged and my eyes are screaming at me so i'm shortly going to drag my sorry arse up to bed...i set up the tent tomorrow...

spent the evening with watson and ben....very funny.

got locked in the bathroom in the airport today/yesterday and thought for a second that i would never escape and not only would i miss my flight but i would become the toilet lady with bad hair saggy boobs and b.o. the hermit woman in the toilet....it would become a sick tourist attraction. and then the stall gave up the fight and i was released to freedom once again!!!

i mainly spent the day catching the rest of my life up to the present. been working non-stop for canadian outback adventures so everything else was put on hold...

random activity of the day.... carrying a button machine through the downtown eastside...

got a card recently from a friend, it said..... one day a big wind will come and....(it was written on a picture of the ground totally covered with big leaves)
i like it

3 days til i leave for the uk, and 74 till i come back. will miss my mountains and ocean.
still adventuring....
still running....
still awake...

you can only heat up a cup of previously made coffee so many times and then its just sick....thinking that number is actually zero.

decided i don't like my blog web address ...you know the intimatereality bit. so this may change over the next bit...any suggestions on how to do that smoothly and let everyone know?

too much too say, and no sleep. been working non-stop for my canadian outback adventure company. 3 14 hour days this week alone plus all the other 8-9 hours days inbetween....but loving it. exhausted, but meetingsome great people and seeing some beautiful places. just got off an all night survivor in the forest near whistler with 18 grade 12 grads....could have been a nightmare...but went pretty smooth. i am without sleep but smell like camp fire and currently fostering a caffine buzz. don't think sleep is possible at moment with drago running circles around me! taking her to the airport in a few hours....we've had many adventures together. thinking of writing a book entitled tronny and tone's excellent adventures....or perhaps a cartoon featuring tronny-bot and long legged sta-wa-mus. hmmmm....decisions decisions.

there's nothing like a cold beer straight from the river.
there's also nothing like watching the sun come up in the beautiful coastal mountains only a few hours after it went down with great people and full of dirt and grime....

spent the larger part of this week in sun peaks (about 5 hours from vancouver in the interior of b.c.) hosting an 'amazing race' for corporate big shots....they were a riot...and we reaped the benefits. 5 star hotel paid for including posh dinners and hot tubs and gym access, and free wine and cocktails....in between work shifts of course....mostly. :)

was a lot of fun and have made enough money this week to pay for rent and bills for the months that i'm away in the uk this summer! sweet! thanks god...

think i'm off to clean the mountain slugs off my back....
